Since her late teens, Kris has sung many different types of music ranging from covers, originals, country, rock, ballads and even heavy metal - albeit a long time ago!
Originally from Melbourne, she has spent a long time in the music scene as an artist in bands, duos and solo.
Recently, Kris has been developing a set list with a cross section of different Top 40 covers from the 60’s to now, aiming at songs that everybody knows, but not everybody plays. Her targeted demographic is generally the 35+ sector, although she is constantly surprised how many younger ones know the 'oldies' stuff!!
Coming from a live background, Kris just plays her acoustic guitar and sings. She chooses not to use backing tracks although she does get a little light and shade from some backing singers in a box on the floor!
